- The CFO proposes optimal company funding resources for the manager, organizes and coordinates efficient distribution of funds
- Represents the company’s interests in relations with banks and other financial institutions
- Prepares projects for the allocation and approval of employee bonuses, benefits and other allowances (motivation, sales bonuses, etc.)
- Manages the performance of contracts, financial funds, tangible assets and goods, and usage of working capital
- Organizes internal and external qualified audit of the company’s economic activities
